2. Location Data

To help you find tournaments near you, we use your location in one of two ways, only at your direction:

• Device location (GPS): Only after you grant your browser's location permission. You can decline or revoke this at any time in your browser settings.
• ZIP code: When you enter one manually.

Your location is stored locally in your browser (via localStorage) as a convenience so you don't have to re-enter it. It is not stored on our servers or used for advertising, and you can clear it at any time using the "clear" control next to your location. To convert coordinates or a ZIP code into a city and state, we send that single data point to third-party geocoding services (BigDataCloud and Zippopotam.us); we do not share any other personal information with them.
