About

Grip It and Rip It for a purpose ... support Restore 22 and the veterans we serve. Kick off your Labor Day weekend with an unforgettable day on the course — Grip It and Rip It for a purpose. Grab your foursome, bring your A-game, and get ready for great golf, great energy, and a cause that truly matters. This isn’t just another tournament. It’s your chance to be part of something bigger. Because of the incredible support from our community over the past few years — through events like this, generous sponsors, and people who believed in the mission — we reached our financial goal and are opening the Restore 22 Coffee Shop this summer. This space will be dedicated to helping veterans connect, find support, and build real community. The coffee shop will be open to the public as a way for everyone to show their support for those who have served. Now we’re building on that momentum. Every swing, every sponsorship, and every show of support helps keep this mission going strong. Join us on the course, be part of what comes next, and help make a lasting impact long after the final putt drops. Registration is per individual, and the fee includes green fees, cart, morning coffee and danish, hole contests, snack/drink during play, lunch, and more. We are thrilled to welcome back John Sarkis, Pittsburgh music legend and member of the legendary Skyliners, who will donate his time and talent to provide live music during the luncheon. The tournament is a scramble format. Moon Golf Club offers terrific views and challenging play for golfers of every skill level. Well-groomed fairways and greens keep the course playable and friendly. Measuring 5,805 yards from the back tees, it's rated as one of the best municipal golf courses in the region. The course rating is 68.5 with a slope of 117, and the golf course is known as "a course layout you can comfortably play every day."
